Abstract Safety investigations about electrical wiring harness caused by failures in systems establish that origin of these accidents are related to installation. Predictive techniques which mitigate and reduce risk the occurrence errors enhance safety shall be considered. The development machine learning has evolved towards creation innovative predictive algorithms show high performance data analysis making predictions context artificial intelligence. Monte Carlo approach is used validate model performance. In this paper, simulation was evaluate level uncertainty selected parameters over 1000 runs. This study analyzes reliability algorithm order implemented as an automatic error predictor aerospace. results obtained within expected range suggesting accurate reliable.
